In accordance with the guidelines of the Paid Services specified below, advertisers have the right to submit advertisements, make profiles, and produce material that is displayed on the Site. The content that service providers publish is available to recipient users, who also have the option of contacting them via the information they have supplied.

If a user does not want to be bound by the terms of use, they should immediately leave the site and stop using the service since doing so signifies agreement with the terms of use in effect at the time of your visit.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we use your specific information, which also governs how we use cookies and related technology. To operate the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use, to comply with legal requirements, and to further our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Service, extending its geographic reach, and enhancing the safety and wellbeing of our Users, we only gather the minimal amount of personal information necessary.

When you create your profile or publish an ad, you must acknowledge that you agree to the Terms of Use, which include the Acceptable Use Policy and the Summary and Guidelines listed below, if you wish to register as an advertiser.

Please remember that only adults are allowed to use this website (who are at least 18 years old). You certify, as a user of this website, that you are at least 18 years old and, in the case of advertisers that you are not promoting any services that are prohibited in your nation. Here are some more specifics about this. Please be informed that Softell Ltd. is the exclusive provider of the Site (referred to as "we" or "us").

Any pre-screened advertising that is placed with us or user profiles created on the website is not subject to our editorial supervision. We retain the right to delete ads or user profiles that:

1. Include any malware or other elements that we judge, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the proper functioning of the service or that might jeopardise or damage the site's regular operation.
2. Contains content that is hostile, abusive, or discriminatory.
3. Break our rules & regulations.
4. Harass or threaten any other user or third party, or is capable of doing so.
5. Violates any criminal laws or rules that apply to us, or that we suspect may be in violation.
6. We've added a "Report Abuse" feature to our website so that users can alert us to advertisements they think violate the Terms of Use, particularly those they believe:
1. contain material intended for minors;
2. weren't created by or with the permission of anyone who appears there; or
3. are otherwise illegal.

Once we have evaluated all of the advertising that has been reported to us, the advertiser may be requested to provide further paperwork verifying their age or their right to place the advertisement, as the case may be, or the complaint may be dismissed.

The "Acceptable Use Policy" and "Summary and Guidelines" sections outline in more detail what is deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Use, though it is the responsibility of each User to determine for themselves the laws that apply to any material they contribute to the Site and the terms of use of such material.

We reserve the right to restrict Users for serious or persistent breaches of these Terms of Use. We will not issue any refunds for any payments that have already been paid to us, and we will not be held responsible for any losses, claims, damages, or expenditures of any type brought about by the removal of any advertisement or the banning of any User.

The user has given permission for us to process certain categories of their special categories of personal data and their photograph in order to publish an advertising on the website by clicking the "Accept" button during the posting procedure on the website (information that may relate to their lifestyle and sexual behaviour).

Responsibilities & user behaviour

By using the service, which is solely designed for adults, users represent and declare that they are at least 18 years old. Any User under the age of 18 who misrepresents their age or tries to circumvent any age verification mechanisms we may have set up is in violation of these Terms of Use.

As was already stated, recipients should be aware that we have no active control over the data that internet advertising service providers upload. The Site does not represent any Users and is not responsible in any manner for any risks, demands, or responsibilities arising out of any potential service offering or other relationship between benefactors and recipients.

When using the Service, users fully and alone assume responsibility for their conduct toward the Site, other users, and other third parties.

We do not guarantee the truthfulness of any advertisement posted by advertisers or the effectiveness of any communications between advertisers and receivers.

Liability Limitations

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes any party's liability for death or bodily damage resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, whether it be from their own or another party's carelessness, fraud, or another party's negligence.

The Site, its affiliates, and each of their individual managers, employees, officers, and directors disclaim any liability for:

1. Any loss or damage brought on by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
2. Any loss or damage resulting from the Site's or the Service's interruption or unavailability.
3. Any loss or corruption of data.
4. Any direct or indirect loss of revenue, business, reputation, projected savings, or turnover.
5. Any losses of any type that are indirect, particular, punitive, statutory, or consequential.

Without limiting the Refunds Policy described below, the website and its affiliates are liable to users for any additional losses and damages resulting from or connected to the Site and the Services, regardless of whether they arise in contract, tort, or due to a violation of a statutory obligation. It will only apply to the paid services the user uses, which gives rise to the claim.

Each of the above provisions and sub-provisions is a separate, independent clause, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any such provision shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Paid Services for Advertisers

Each advertiser acknowledges and agrees that by placing advertising on the Site (including by creating an online profile), we may, in our sole discretion, promote it for greater visibility and may operate the Service to support its most effective operation in the relevant geographic regions. By creating an online profile or placing advertising on the Site, users verify that they are of legal age in the relevant jurisdiction, that they are the person identified in the profile, and that they have not been forced in any way into offering services.

We take payments for our services through our chosen payment provider, whose terms and conditions govern transactions. Advertisers are advised of this. We are not responsible for the payment source's actions, inactions, or failures. In the event that these guidelines are broken, we reserve the right to delete the offending profile, remove the offending advertising, and forbid Users from making further accounts or posting any advertisements in the future.

Regulations for Proper Use of the Website

Users agree to make acceptable use of the Site's services and to abide by all laws, moral principles, and rules for proper network behaviour. Particularly, Users undertake not to transmit any offensive or libellous content via the Site, as well as any that is defamatory, pornographic, discriminating, harassing, vulgar, blasphemous, or otherwise against moral and public order principles.

Regarding the information in their adverts, advertisers are responsible for abiding by all the laws. Users are specifically prohibited from advertising any services that are prohibited from being offered in their nation, any content that would receive an R18 rating from the BBFC if it were to appear in a film or video, and any content that would be in violation of the "extreme pornography" provisions.

Advertisers represent and warrant that they are the data subjects of all persons whose personal information appears in every advertising they place or that they have all such individuals' express, informed permission. They also promise that they won't publish any advertisements that contain content that infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party without the permission of such third party.

Advertising that fraudulently identifies itself as being from someone or that contains material that was not authorised to be placed in such advertisements is a serious violation of these terms and conditions that might lead to account termination and service providers being banned from the Site.

Advertisers are aware that by including an email address in an advertisement on the Site, we do not have any control over any content that may be sent to that email address, whether by other Users or not and whether in response to such advertisement.

Guidelines & Summary

The following summary of the foregoing conditions of use should be carefully read by advertisers. To be clear, we offer this summary as a service to our Users, and it shouldn't be taken as legal counsel over what information belongs in advertisements and profiles.

1. Material that contains nude images, especially shots with visible genitalia, is not accepted. Instead, anything that would need an R18 certificate or be rejected by the BBFC if it were to be included in a film is permissible.
2. We also forbid real photographs, as opposed to artificial and animated pictures, which are vulgar.
3. Any content that involves or promotes suicide or self-harm is forbidden to be published;
4. Erotic material that appears to be non-consensual, involves animals, involves sexual acts with dead bodies, depicts acts that seem to threaten someone's life, or depicts acts that seriously harm or are likely to seriously harm a person's anus, breasts, or genitalia is considered to be "extreme pornography" and is prohibited.
5. Any content that uses adult images from private events without each participant's agreement is prohibited and is referred to as "revenge porn."
6. It is forbidden to use pedopornographic material, which is defined as any material that depicts, encourages, incites, or offers sexual behaviour with kids or in any other way supports or encourages paedophilia.
7. We reserve the right to report any content, including access and meta data, that violates our standards on extreme or revenge pornography, as well as the inclusion of pedopornographic material in any advertisement or profile.
8. It is forbidden to use or distribute any content that purports to represent third parties who have not granted their consent for such use or dissemination.
9. Users declare that they are completely authorised to post adverts or create profiles by doing so. Additionally, they confirm and guarantee that the uploaded content belongs to adults (those who are older than 18) who voluntarily and consciously gave their agreement to have it published on the website for adult dating purposes and who are not acting under any compulsion or pressure to do so.
10. No more than three different cities may publish the same advertisement.
11. Running the same advertisement more than once in the same city for the same period of time is prohibited.
12. No advertising or profiles may include hypertext links.

Any uploaded pictures will have our logo and the phrase "posted on" as a watermark.

Advertisers are not allowed to upload, post, show, or publish any anything that is threatening, harassing, or hateful, that promotes or incites violence, or that would be prohibited by laws against child exploitation, terrorism, racism, or xenophobia. To be considered "hate speech" for these purposes, a statement must be made against a group or an individual that is motivated by one or more of the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic, and that is intended to or is likely to incite violence against that group or individual.

Examples of actions or materials that can be seen as threatening or harassing are included below without limitation:

a) is used or appears to be intended to be used to extract money or another benefit from anyone else in exchange for removal of the content;

b) The content seems to be aimed at a specific person or group of people and is offensive, insulting, or harassing.

c) Material that non-consensually sexually objects at another user, anybody else, or that uses explicit sexual terminology.

d) It is against the law to doxx or otherwise identify a User or other third party, or to include information that could be used for such purposes, including employer information, phone numbers, financial information, location data, names, identity documents, email addresses, log-in credentials, or any other personally identifiable information, without that person's express written consent.

Users are not allowed to act in a way that indicates, falsely, that a person or organisation endorses them, their Content, or that they are acting as a brand ambassador or representative of any person or organisation. This includes behaviour that might mislead or deceive other users. Users are prohibited from promoting unlawful trading, Ponzi, or pyramid schemes on the website. The Site will delete any content that it is aware of or has reason to believe breaches the aforementioned terms. These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Refund Policy

1. We reserve the right to intervene through the Site, to make any modifications or changes (such as to the design, the focus, and/or the functional content) therein without advance notice, and/or to restrict the advertisers' access to the website for a necessary period of time due to a requirement for such action. We do not refund advertisers' payments for Paid Services, though on rare occasions and at our sole discretion, we could give them credit to spend on future Paid Services. Due to such modifications, revisions, or absence, no advertiser shall be eligible for any payment or refund under this policy.
2. If our payment provider receives a request to return any money spent for purchases of Paid Services from a financial institution or platform, we retain the right to restrict the Profile. We reserve the right to carry out this action up until the payment provider notifies us that the issue has been entirely rectified to their satisfaction and/or the satisfaction of the financial institution or platform.
